I’ll edit this to say simply:
After dodging - 1 or 2 sec cooldown
Pyro dancer perk - Instead of removing cooldown, halves it.

conveniently leave off the perk that gives 0 cooldown…which if you are running flamethrower you get…

Talking like a true bruiser or a light assassin player who does not use any opal or ruby and any gemstone dusts on his kit in 3v3 arena.
(and does not use throwing hatchets if its a light assassin)
Answer me these questions:
You want to nerf flamethrower but, do you even know what counters flamethrower users?
Even if these changes would happen, what other ways they would use the flamethrower?
So whats your suggestion to replace the perk you want to remove?
