Flamethrower doesn't apply Plagued Crits perk

    Dueled with several people
    Fire staff with Plagued Crits
    Meteor Shower, Incinerate, Pillar of Fire apply Plagued Crits debuff on crits
    Flamethrower causes only burning, crits do nothing
