  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Get an enemy to 50%. Turn on flamethrower. No crits will produce plagued. Previously, flamethrower could trigger plagued crits.

Flamethrower can still trigger rune of helios mid usage, which indicates each tick is counting as the ability and should be able to trigger plagued crits.
