picture shows how i eaten a carrot cake and before that used a defiled rabbits foot but its not showing up that i have a buff on screen - is it working ? how would i know . it worked before latest patch

also in expeditions the buff show up but not outside
so i found the solution to my problem . it has to do with the internal clock of my computor and a settings box that was not checked for summertime wich would think my time was wrong even tho it was right.
i checked this becouse of a problem with the login to the game aswell .
all becouse of the internal clock was not set right.
