Food provisions loot should not be limited by territory, or at least should have better drop rates

Hey did you know that more than half of the food provisions have specific item pools per territory?

Meaning that if you want a very specific item, you need to hunt chests on a specific region?

Welp…
You see for herbs this make sense, herbs are a easy to get, and fast respawn resource, they provide spices, and each area has their own drops.

But food provisions having the same rule is not a good design.
Wanna a good example?

Salt can only be dropped on Food chests from Brightwood, Everfall right now (new zone will have salt, but thats another tell).

Meaning that if you want salt right now, you need to grab your lv 60 ass and hunt low tier chests.

I understand that new areas will have repeated provisions, but even then… having to go out of your way to get resources which have drop chance and provide 3~4 of specific food is kinda bad.

Wanna another example? Onions drop from First Light, Cutlass Keys and Edengrove, meaning that if you want some Onions, gotta drag your ass to these zones.

There are 2 ways to actually deal with this, increasing the drop chance for provisions, so if you do a chest trip you leave with a good ammount of resources, or increasing the ammount of options you have for farming these Provisions loots.

To some degree it is better though. It keeps the loot pool small and means any time you spend farming is more effective.
