“in the hall of the mountain king” would be pretty nostalgic for us Brits I think(that may be my own subjective opinion ). It is used as the theme song for one of our most popular theme parks which has always had a creepy asthetic.

Yes the Christmas song is nice. When you hear it for the first time. Horrible for the 100th time. Please remove it asap.
I think the music is fine, but I would suggest once an hour on the hour next time.

I think we understand the intent but like many things the way it’s implemented is poor. No one should have to listen to the same song on loop over and over again.
I normally have my game music turned down . I only noticed the song when I heard it on stream and read about the complaints, so I turned up the volume for a bit then turned it back down. For a special occasion, it’s nice in a small dose, but the way they inserted it in loop is just bad.

It’s funny reading some of the replies but they never noticed that they did slow the replay of the song and did adjust the volume to match the other music also and not be louder.

I am not saying it was a bad choice of a song, had no idea about it until I heard it here, thought was a good song for the first 1-2-3 times hearing it, but a loop going on at all times of the day is mind breaking if you don’t like it, maybe try and get 3-4(maybe more) songs that fit the event next time and loop them, make it more enjoyable.
Once again, I don’t want to trash somebody’s opinions about this song playing in repeat, it was just not for me.

Just to be clear, my problem was not the song itself, that was a nice move to add a temporary song according to christmas/new year.
The problem for me was the full repeat turned on. 3 time per hour would be way enought in my opinion.

put me in the temp holiday music was a nice touch camp and would be bummed next year if it wasn’t there.
