@Developer Just incase The fort changes are reverted (and its a big IF)
Please be mindful that you may need to take away the new weaken from perforate to balance the spear. I have 4300 hours on spear, and I can promise you the weaken changes are only okay if fortify gets neutered completely (like you guys did in PTR).
If you decide to invert fort changes while not removing the weaken from third passive of perforate, Spear will be too powerful because of fortify (fortifying perf perk) and weaken on 1 ability which also applies rend and hits 3 times. Aside from the 24-44%enfeeble already on the skewer.
Please be mindful of 1 change affecting multiple weapon changes you based your balance around.
Not that I have any hope that the dev team is competent enough to realize that, I’d still make a post warning against it.
