Fortified Sacred Ground doesn't seem to be working

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use Fortified Sacred Ground and walk into the circle. Typically, you will get the Sacred Ground Buff and the Fortified Sacred Ground buff. Now, you get only Sacred Ground.
• When did this happen? Since the patch last night.

I did search, but I didn’t see any other posts on the topic. Only about the overlapping.

edit some testing later. It seems like it sometimes works. It’s very infrequent, and me and a few others cannot seem to figure out what it making it intermittent.

You have to take damage and be healed to gain fortify from the perk.

Walking into the sacred with full HP does not activate the fortify.

It’s not that, I think all life staff perks are not working, I tried divine embrace perk and light embrace perk on both weapon and armor and they just don’t trigger.

Agreed, something majorly bugged with latest patch. I run LS/VG build and it’s night and day difference from before patch, can’t run this build because it’s not HEALING… AGS, NICE ONE.

its an instance thing. make sure you reequip all of you gear to ensure perks are working on it. pretty dumb I know

I tried more of what you said and when I have stalwart, and cunning bile bomb heartrunes it does not work, but with brutal bile bomb it works. Maybe because I crafted that one before the update. So they messed up something with the heartrunes after the update maybe.
