  Cast Rain of Arrows on an enemy. It doesn’t last anywhere near the 21 seconds it says it’s supposed to in the screenshot

Mine says 22 seconds, but after hitting an enemy, I got a Fortify for 6 seconds.

Yes my guess is the tooltip is incorrect. It was too good to be true to be honest.
