Forum moderator and customer support team needs training

The forum topics for bugs are going nowhere. There is no system of organization that the game players can see so our tickets feel like nobody cares about the bugs that are ruining the game. There is a bug right now involving hatchets using STR only giving you 15 of the expected 30str from a hatchet. It’s been over a month and not even the first word of acknowledgement has been given.

Please train your employees to have the follow through skills necessary to let the customer know you or your team are aware of the issue and validate that yes/no that is or is not how it is supposed to be. The more you communicate with the customer the more patient they will be with waiting for a fix. So can we get an update on the Mystic Sting hatchet bug topic please? Thank you for your time
