Found gamebreaking bug and got banned for reporting it

I spoke with towliee and he suggested to write a forum post from another user, which im doing now. Currently writing from my girlfriend account.

Yesterday early morning I was minding my business doing quests and etc, and i got to a certain location to do a specific action. After 5-10 minutes i realised this must be a bug and i tried to find a report bug option , however game does not have it so i wrote on global chat (Which was huge mistake), i wrote in global chat: “I found a gamebreaking bug” - with hopes that support member would contact me, i received some messages saying: “Dont write it” and “Go create a ticket”, i proceeded with a ticket.

By the time i receovered my amazon account and went for live chat ( 40 min que), i received ban from game for 5 days for cheating, im certain that this was due to mass reporting i received from game. By the time i managed to speak with a support, my first question was: Čan i please get unbanned - on which gentlemen replied and said: They are unable to assist with it and i should contact appeal team (I created appeal ticket after live chat). He gladly took notes of a exploit and hopefully it will get patched asap.

Sadly my whole weekend is ruined and im still banned, i have not heard anything from appeal team. I cant play game during work days due to working till 18:00 and i can only manage to login ingame at 21:00 (it was low pop server when i started), and now my whole weekend is ruined because i found exploit and asked help in global chat which got me banned.

I tried to create topic on reddit (twice, it got removed), i tried to contact via facebook, twitter and here on forums, but i cannot create topics here with my main character due to “temporary ban” - Only place i can write is steam community, i’ve received lots of support there, but devs have not noticed my topic yet.

Can i please ask support members here on forums, could you please look into this appeal as soon as possible and review it, i dont feel that i’ve done anything wrong, i just wanted to report this damn exploit so it can be fixed asap - its related to a lootboxes and its bad, like unlimited items bad.

I will upload some screenshots to proove that i was in ticket queue before i got banned and will post my original topic on steam.

07:00 went to do quest
07:10 found bug
07:11 went to town
07:12 created ticket (40 min queue)
07:15 received ban
07:35ish got answered on ticket
07:40ish created appeal

You don’t get banned due to reports. A report might cause a GM to investigate, upon which if they find something would lead to a ban.

The only thing you can do is to appeal the ban at the appeal form, here. You have already done this?

To burfo: The OP typed they found an exploit in open chat…you should be able to figure out the rest.

For the OP, there is indeed a bug reporting tool “in game”, but you have to logout to get to it (I laughed when I typed that too)

they dont have game masters to check tickets its their system who auto bans people I was banned 3x now for no reason

So you immediately break terms of service causing your girlfriend to get banned for account sharing. You guys seeing this? He literally got banned for breaking rules, and proceeds to break more rules…Wow amazing the logic some people use. Hey mods devs and admins. I hope you’re seeing this dudes admittance that hes sharing accounts. Its highly bannable and you should look into it. He got suspended for a reason then used his girlfriends password to circumvent the suspension? Thats pretty bad folks. Do something to prevent this behaviour. Hardware/IP suspend

No autobans. Amazon checks reports manually. People seem to think language filters are there so you can use foul language. Do you happen to be one of them?

you got banned for cheating. you knew it was a bug, you abused it, then reported it after informing others of the bug…You’se a smartiepantz

They definitely don’t review every ban unless they have monkeys for workers that are trained to hit ‘ban’ on everything that comes their way. Whole companies are getting banned for literally nothing. The 24hr bans are definitely automated in someway. If you think different you can take amazons pee pee out of your mouth at any time.

Dude it’s absolutely insane that you’re banned for that. Honestly. You were playing the game and found a bug, they should be thanking you, not banning you. Don’t listen to this snitch he’s a know nothing. Type of dude that you work with that makes the same amount as you in the same position but acts like he’s the manager.
