I left my company, the TP is empty why can I not use my 2 free?

Yes screenshot of the shop that you have a transfer token and what message you get when trying to use it.

Have you tried clicking on the actual Character Transfer item? It looks like you have one available?
it doesnt show that I have any to use, unless I buy them but I thought we get 2 free

Sorry, I misread the screenshot.
Transfer tokens were given out to players who had accounts during Nov 2021 and Feb 2022. If you didn’t have an account during that time period, you sadly don’t have any free tokens.
