I just came back to the game after short break and our server was dead. I used free transfer to Hellheim, a few hours later my friend is trying to also use their free transfer to Hellheim but now showing as transfers disabled to Hellheim and I have no way of moving to one of the servers they can select. What can we do? We were both on the same dying server, we tried to move to a better populated one and now we are forced to play apart.

Thank you for your report. My apologies about the inconvenience with the servers migration.
By checking our Server Status website, i can see Character transfer is unavailable for server Hellheim on EU centrla. Unfortunately at the moment there is nothing can be done because the character transfer is unavailable.
Our team still discussing the future of the server merges and server transfer tokens. As soon as we have more information about it we’ll update the forums official news.
