I would like to get my free transfer token, i want to transfer to my friends server. I have sent an report earlier but what i wonder is, how long does it take to get it back?

I’m sorry you can’'t transfer to another server to play with your friends. Unfortunately, transfer tokens are unavailable at the moment. My apologies for the inconvenience it may cause to you game experience.

I have no understanding of this, as it says so can you transfer me and my other friend (he doesn’t play that much) to the server my company mate transfered to.
It is crap to play alone on a server where 98% talk german and i have to play alone.
So fix this asap, you can see i am NOT and player who farm and then transfer.
