I am absolutely shocked that Perma-Ban’s are handed out still due to mass reports. Its a meme on delos that people will “mass report you” the fact that it works on people never became more evident. I am unsure if AGS tends to look at the one message sent when handing out ban’s, rather than the whole case and exchange of messages that builds up to the report. if this is the case it allows other players to talk in such disgusting language to someone and entice them to say one poor sentence to then mass report them and get them banned. Its not right and wouldn’t be a massive issue if both parties where banned of such incidents.
Cozzy is a good character that doesn’t think things through at times, He doesn’t intend on getting banned and has been cautious due to our guilds request around the way he says things to randoms in-game. When he screws up he owns up to his mistakes and is a great guy who aims to self improve. He is very helpful and protective of those inside the guild, as he should be. The leaders of the guild pull him up on things if we think he has ever gone to far or maybe could’ve chosen different wordings to those outside of the guild. We firmly believe if given another chance he will turn it around and not be at risk to anymore future ban’s. If AGS can find a way to Lift this Perma-ban and give him a chance at redemption to prove to Delos, the New World Community and AGS that he is truly the great guy we speak about, They will not be disappointed.
