What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Easily repeatable by anyone with Freedom gear and there already seem to be several posts about this for quite some time. PLEASE FIX
Bump this.i actually bought freedom gear as well, and I was thinking it wasn’t doing much.
Another stupid thing is having Cc duration vary with armor weight.
