Freedome do not reduce slow from Ice Shower and Ice shtorm perk (Unending Thaw).
Is it a bug or intended?
Are you considering the extra two secs the perk adds?

same with ice storm.
But it is a SLOW, CC, it should be reduced by freedom.
I would love this, it’s in the description of the skill, the targets gain a special status called frostbite which remains on the opponent for 3s, very few abilities, cleansing potions and relentless freedom perk on GS work to get rid of it but I do personally think it’s BS and too many people are abusing it as a secondary on none mage classes, I think the game would be more balanced with it acting like a normal slow after exiting the shower.
