Freezing In Game

Hi, I Have an issue, well. am I doing some quest, my game gets freezing 3min, I do it verify cache in my steam, and all driver with GPU driver got to be updated did not fix, its really annoying, I Playing My Old Laptop, gtx850m 4gb-corei7 4510u 2.00ghz- ram:16GB .my fps 30-35 , can play this game very good in low settings, but have issue freezing,my friend have issue too,what can i do ?
