From what I hear people are still doing (what I was doing back in December up to March) is constantly reporting the same bots over and over for months with no action being taken against them. One guy was even uploading videos on these forums just to show that nothing was being done.
Now I know bots will never go away in any MMO as long as trading is involved( been playing them for over 15 years). Main reason I am asking about this is because I do enjoy going on gathering runs, but if I am going to keep running into empty routes because of bots no thank you. And yes I know players empty routes as well.
So my only 2 questions are
Are a reasonable amount of bots even being removed on a reasonable basis?
Have they even started working on a prevention system?
I will not go into detail my other reasons for leaving as I will see those again if I choose to return but please give me real answers, no knighting or lashing thanks
I mean if I was going to stop gold farmers I wouldn’t go after the bots. I would track the resources and see where the money is being sold and punish the buyer and or alt account that is actually benefitting from the bots resources.
Not saying that is what AGS is doing, but it was just my thought.
these days, there are tons of lvl 60 bots…looks like they lvl it up manually then runt he bot when it hit 60. + with their smooth movement, fast nodes scan, roll with their light armour, it’s pretty ahrd for normie player to recognise 'em as a bot…despite with thier advance bot script, they still scan all node to node, empty or not…there’s almost no more “stupid bot” tht just stay at 1 place n chopping wood…now they are roaming arroung in cyrcle and farm whtever they can find on tht route. you can find em on every corner of the map, and at the place tht u can never imagine of…but yea, ags blatantly ignored all the report about em…n their EAC can do shiet…
