The link you mentioned does not answer my question, since my query was about fresh servers and character transfers between fresh servers.
Transfer apply for every server, unless there’s an specific mention about a restriction we can consider that this will be available once the servers are live and transfer will be enabled between old and new as well as new and new servers.

Hi, sorry to bother again, but when will Amazon put the list of server names? Considering that there are 9 days left, I would like to have that information to organize myself with my friends/guild and if you will separate the fresh servers by languages in the South America region.

Maybe the launch of the fresh sv will be delayed?
There are no official developer notes at present that point towards the name list of the Fresh Start Worlds nor any delays about the opening date, but do keep an eye on our forums as well as our New World - Open World MMO PC Game for possible updates.

These are just generic answers. They should at least tell us WHAT SPECIFIC DAY they will give information about the list servers.
My money is on Tuesday… before they release any names. Just to make it as difficult as possible and watch us scramble… Again… Standard track record based off experience. Not ranting.
