I noticed with the Fresh Start announcement they don’t mention if it will be permanent or transferable after a certain amount of time. Wouldn’t/shouldn’t players know prior because it would be a huge waste of time for a lot of us depending. Imagine you wasted time and the 1.5xp only to find out your Fresh Start will be merged in a few months.
They stated that it’s NOT transferable.
