I think the Release Date will be September 28, the day New World was released. I think we will get the announcement in 4 days.

They’ll probably do fresh start when the next chunk of content comes off of the PTR
Hopefully not until they are done with all the revamps…leveling and territory control.

No, but they said they would discuss it based on feedback. And the feedback was overwhelmingly positve.
We were given a big hint in the previous dev post and I agree with you.
Cannot wait (though I wish each region got a normal and a pvp-on fresh start server).
Queues will be longer than for Queen Elizabeth if there is only one fresh start server per region.
If my guess was right we will recieve the announcement sometime in the next 24 hours! Fresh Servers 28th of September!!! LETS GO!

I doubt they’re going to release fresh start servers, which they intend for players to enjoy the new player content (as one reason), before they release that new content. It’d be a bit of a silly thing to do anyway.
So yeh, the obvious answer is “when the October update goes live” but what do I know? If they really are going to release these fresh start servers weeks before they release the new fresh starter content… Their project managers need their head shaking.

Figured they were gonna give at least a week to announce fresh servers. We might still get an announcement in the next couple of days… hopefully.
Man I really need a fresh start server, I logged in the other day to my lvl 57 character and I can’t remember anything about the game I couldn’t even figure out where I was or where to go. I forgot everything about it (I quit 1 month after original launch). To me starting as fresh will be like start playing from scratch as a totally new released game.

They’ve said they’d also be up for breaking the release into 2 separate releases. 1 release in early October with the great sword / territory changes / new leveling experience. Then later, towards the end of October, they’d release the Brimstone Sands portion of the update.
AFAIK the leveling and greatsword and territory changes have been on the ptr for some time now.

Where did Amazon say this? I never saw any comments made by Amazon of this kind. Streamers are suggesting it to be a great idea but I never heard Amazon say it. Could u please give a link to the info? As far as I know there is no official announcement yet made of a split-release in early october and the end of october.
Don’t get me wrong, I am all for an early release of the New Levelling Experience but I just never heard Amazon say anything official of it.

I do not believe I remember hearing this either. Perhaps confusion about how they are releasing PTR in parts? Last time they did PTR in parts but then released the entire patch together. Although I could be wrong and missed this announcement.
A release of the New Levelling Experience in 4-5 days is probably not likely imo coz there are still so many bugs in the PTR. People STILL are having problems getting past the Zane quest.
The new start servers will be released with the October update… It would be stupid to release them before that when they have reworked the starting zones and redone all the quests… Besides they did a very nice job on it to have tested it on the ptr
The October update does not have a specific date. In the video they posted they said that they would release parts of the patch throughout the month and not all together as 1 big piece of content.
that’s why I don’t give a date, but I say in October because except big bug it will be released in October in one or more times, at the moment it’s only speculations.
