Another thing people might not remember is that on launch the low level quest paid out tons of gold… pretty much all quests in the game paid the same gold as a endgame quest, so it’ll probably take a good bit longer to buy those first few territories. My company had a territory within 24 hours and within a few days the whole map was purchased. Probably take a couple days longer this time around.
Good the more sweaties that hit 60 right away the more the pressure will be to return scaling back to the game in all aspects of PvP not just OPR and Arena. Nothing kills PvP faster than artificial friction like vertical progression gating.
PvP is just that a test of your ability versus another. Build vs Build is an anachronism of DnD paper and pencil D20 roll design.
Action combat just needs players.
