My friend was not using any ‘bot’ or third party software, just going back to his PC and hitting spacebar or blowing off a skill every few minutes while he ate, showered and took care of his kid. He says it was only done to prevent waiting another 10+ hours in a queue when he was only going to be gone for 45 minutes MAX. I, as well as him feel that the ban is unjust and he has put in multiple appeals with no response in over 24 hours. I don’t believe this to be fair by any stretch. What he did was essentially wrong but, I feel maybe a 24-48 hour ban would be more justified.
