Describe the issue you are experiencing:
He cant walk/run sideways and is in a perma slowed mode (running animation but like at 20% movement speed). He already tried relogging, dyeing, restarting the pc, duels, trading, tested another keyboard, restored key bindings and many other similar things.
He also created another character in a different server and the bug persists even on THAT new character.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Move and u only move forward and backwards in like 20% the speed.
When did this happen? Today, like 7hs ego.
EDIT: he gave me his account and in my pc worked completely fine which is crazy.
Anyway he disconectec his pc and reseted his modem and now it works. Its seems to be related to some network issue where the game keeps sending some false data to that PC. When the network got reset it fixed itself.
If its the same as what I got a few minutes ago. Iād say its because for whatever reason the camera locks itself while inverting all the controls. Nothing you do will make it unlock itself. However the only way that I seem to ever make it go away is by holding LALT and moving the camera manually with the mouse. Then letting go of the key it goes back to normal letting you move around like intended.
I got the same bug. I have to switch to my Laptop in order for it to stop causing the issue. I tried uninstalling but the issue still happens. I did notice that it worked longer after I redownloaded it but it still occurred. It is not that hard to replicate though. Usually you are just doing some action like teleporting or fighting and it randomly starts occurring. I just happen to be blessed to where I can use another pc that wont replicate the bug.
I am sorry to hear of the error your friend encountered and how that was limiting his gaming. From the comments I gather the situation is now resolved but Iād like to provide some basic troubleshooting in case it comes back:
Ensure your video drivers are up to date.
Set Windows power settings to High Performance.
Press Windows + R, type āpowercfg.cplā into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Select the radio button next to the High performance power plan. You may need to click Show additional plans first.

Thanks for the response, my friend fixed the issue, but wasnt any of this sugestions. He did two things at the same (which means i dont know what was exactly the solution). He shutdown his pc and disconected from the power outlet (resting the modem too). He also cleaned up his entire pc.
After he put all back together and started the pc, the game worked again.
I think it was a network issue, maybe some packages got āstuckedā and when the modem reseted fixed it? Im really throwing thing to the wall, but definitely it got fixed after this.
That is most likely a temporary fix, it came back again after a week when I did something similar. I redownloaded the game in addition. If it is a permanent fix, I would love to know!
If you run sideways and you cannot spin our cam Press and Hold Alt and then Spinn cam and then stop pressing it might work i have sometimes this run bug but idk might be a different bug
Camera lock happened to me before the summer patch. So the only way I could unlock it was by exiting the game completely or pressing left alt. I hope this is in the to be fixed bug list. I do not have proper steps or video related to this.
This is still an issue for my PC. I can play on my laptop peacefully but not on my PC. Any update on this game breaking bug? Sucks for people who donāt have 2 computers to play on.

this isnāt a camera lock up, I am not sure why that person even commented on this thread, my character keeps running forward at a fraction of the speed and you cannot teleport or do certain actions inside the game.
