I traded 2k rough leather beaded straps to a friend and he never received them. He was encumbered for almost every trade we did so he banked the items. Neither of us have the straps after relogging and checking all of our storages.

I’m sorry that you’re having this issue with the item’s dessapeared, in this case the best course of action would be to create a support ticket, however since you have followed that path already sadly we cannot take any further actions here at the forum, I can recommend you to create a new case including all the details why would you consider that this need to be reviewed and the decision corrected.
