so much misinformation from you. We never lobbied Escape the Q they came on their own and was a surprise to us. Meanwhile your guild was lobbying them to go to another faction on mergers agaist us and failed isn’t that funny.
Second, the idea of swapping alliances and moving together to the weekest one wasnt even mine it was Boojee who came up with that and was briefly discussed by both of us long before mergers were even announced, I just helped make it happen cause I liked our server minus a few people with no clue of things who think they know anything.
Third, I have no clue why your guild is here talking so much, the only reason you held a teritorry in Brob was because it was gifted to you and defended for the guild who owned it before you and after by mostly us. Without us you guys wouldn’t have been able to hold onto the fort at Winsward even from purples pushing it. A nice way to repay all the kindness you received huh, everytime Winsward got pushed RM was the one there to defend it with 6 to 7 groups even sometimes. So it was ok for you to get gifted Winsward when Supercell dissapeared with their last 4 players but it isn’t ok for us to take over a territory we actually fought for huh. Maybe the GM’s shoudl look into that too. How Psychos went from no territory in one guild to moving into another overnight and taking over Windsward and changing the company name to Pshycos. As a matter of fact that last week in Brob had wars not been locked due to mergers you woudl have lost Winsward to purple I am pretty sure. BTW Isn’t that what happened in Everfall with the actual M R in Brob??? Except we defended it from attack time and after time mostly on our own??? It is ok when you do it but not when others do it am I right???
Fourth, that guild was not M R, it was R M I changed the name trying to name our new guild on Green R M, so when the gm’s look at it they will laugh and laugh about your stupidity and false information spreading.

Once again I ask, why did LouCKY kick yellow signups only to join xRMx after?
No one would have had a problem if the settlement went to x RM x if you legitimately won a 50v50 war instead it was 14v50 due to LouCKY trying to kick any signups. Some people managed to get in. It was bad take to intend to go ahead with it thinking that a 1 day ban would happen and not be a problem.
They deleted the twitch streams even though they said they didn’t care and would leave them up because they had nothing to hide.
You can even hear them on their comms telling LouKCY to slot himself only on Yellow so that they (Green) could all get their war gold and azoth. They can’t even beat a bunch of randomly-slotted yellows, but still want leverage their exploit for gold rewards for winning a “war”.
The crux of the disagreement here seems to be about does the company or the faction own the territory? If it’s the company then nothing really changed. If it’s the faction then the territory essentially got given to green.
The ownership question is somewhat subjective imo (unless it’s stated somewhere by AGS lmk).
If I was in a Cov company that was actively helping push/defend the territory (and didn’t want the territory for my own company) I’d be pissed that it was just given over to the other side. Thus invalidating the work I put in.
If I was in RM and saw that RM and Allies put in 99% of the work to get/maintain the territory I’d be pissed that I would essentially be being penalized by having to give up the territory especially when joining the minority faction to improve overall server pvp balance/health.
If I was in neither, I’d just be happy that the WF starmetal smelter is above tier 2 now lol
This was after the war. What this shows is that you have players who know what you did would result in a penalty and yet youre here defending the behavior. Regardless of who should have owned WF, a game mechanic (kicking players) was used to manipulate the outcome. That part is fact and should be punished.
Maybe RM should have just lost to Purple since they failed to win against unorganized yellows (no leader in that war, could not even create groups) in the war after they switched to green. Then when purple pushed the war, RM only selected Green RM members to defend against the purple and won. It was a yellow faction place, they won due to many yellow factions pushing WF at merged. Many companies bidding for WF, only RM got lucky (three times in fact for other territories in which they also lost the war).
The yellow territory was dying, it should have been handed to another yellow faction or won by Green and Purple fair and square.
Covenant owned it, many Yellow Factions pushed the war in WF at merged - RM won the bid and received help from other people too for the war. The company that owned WF also had two wars at the same time when RM was attacking - pretty sure purple had to choose which territory was more worth it to hold onto and it was not WF.
I’m sorry but the entire server meeting b4 merge was literally just you talking at people telling them they needed to fold into larger guilds because they were all irrelevant in your opinion which happened to be ETQ & RM for yellow. also, you changed your siege time (as well as MRs) to match ours once purple declared on us. u held 5 territories on brob as well as a territory held by MR which gave 100% chance for at least 1 invasion to happen at the same time. which in fact 3 invasions happened on your territories during the time our war would have been. You actively sought to pull people away from defending WW specifically because you didn’t like that we had declared on morningdale to show newer 60s the layout of wars since there hadn’t been a war in nearly a month or longer leading up to the time all this took place.

RM owned it. They won the war and maintained the territory. The game should have a system to allow for faction changes OR, explicitly state what they think should happen in cases like this one. AGS should have made this clear from launch. A fully fleshed out game would have considered all the cases in testing.
But they didnt lose to purple. And AGS created this frustration by not addressing cases like this with a system to circumvent these issues of who has rights to the territory. I think RM has rights to the territory. And not just because I like the RM people (which i do). I would like to think that I would favor any company in this situation.
So when I first read OP’s post and saw that there were 100+ comments here I thought this was going to be another case of company A creating a shell company to snipe the war declaration from company B and then the understandably, aggravated company B appealing it in the forums. But that doesn’t appear to be what happened here.
After reading through the comments (yes I know fml I read them all) it’s not clear to me who the aggrieved party is (feel free to clarify would help me contextualize some of the back-and-forth here)? From a high level it looks like most people benefited from this entire debacle (from RM initially taking the territory to it going green):
pvp-ers now have a more balanced spread
pve-ers now have a WF with upgraded stations/town board quests
Green is now stronger/less of a minority
Yellow doesn’t have to deal with RM anymore and can now take WF for themselves
Purple got entertainment by sitting back and watching this unfold
Yes its annoying to get kicked from the last war, but that war only really happened because RM pushed it (maybe they should at least pay reparations/azoth idk). I could see a good argument for people feeling that the moral integrity of the game has been violated with this maneuver. And it might have, or might not have. It alludes back to my previous comment that it depends on who owned the territory? RM or the faction? It’s pretty clear that both sides emphatically believe that they do and I doubt any more debating will really convince the other side
I didn’t like that your guild broke their word they had given us all on a channel in discord which you had 0 access to because your a no one talking out of your behind. You declared on First Light when it was agreed Myrmidon would be the one to take it, then you took First Light just 3 days before you pushed Mournindale but hey there was no wars for weeks on the server lmao.
Not to mention how your guild tried to absorb the Q to go against us in another faction at the same time that your asking for help from us and then a guil dof 15 players was angry that we took over Everfall as if they had enough peopel to even defend Winsward to begin with.
Then on a leader meeting your guild said The Q and Codex wasn’t worthy to take a territory cause they didn’t have enough people which I put a stop to. Just ask the other leaders, there’s a reason no one sided with you on that last war and had it not been for mergers you would have lost that territory in less than 5 mins.
Then mergers happen and I open the window to you guys, give you room at our war and again look at what you do. Well perhaps remember the words you give and have some loyalty next time and people won’t be vindictive.
But they did lose to yellow the first time stripping them of any claim to the territory. Just because you havent read the rules or want to pretend theyre not there doesnt mean there isnt any. : Do not: engage in behaviors that reduce or disrupt the enjoyment of the game for others.
