I’m not sure why you compare a 2 week server with a one year one.
Of course prices are less expensive on a fresh server, people start to farm gold…
I’m ok with dupers made some bad prices at start on Legacy but I’m pretty sure after one year prices are smooth now

Wrong. Larger severs have higher prices. This is because every player generates money every day at a predictable rate through running dungeons, killing mobs, completing quests etc. this money is created ex nihilo, and more is created than is removed through sinks…
This is the very definition of inflation.
More pople mean more money is created. And every day that goes by means more money is created. Therefore on higher pop servers or older servers there will be more money. When there is more money the goods on that server will cost more.
That is what the older largest severs have the highest prices.
I’m sure the gold duping had some effect, but I don’t think it anything compared to the raw amount of money created since… and that ignores the millions of gold which was removed from game when accounts were banned. In my old company we had like 10 people get banned and all their money evaporated.
and if you think there won’t be another duping scandal that will “ruin” your pristine FSS you are fooling yourself.
the only proof i see is that you do not understand what a healthy economy is.
of course prices on a new server will be lower. a much smaller total pool of gold has been generated in less than two weeks. prices inflate when the money supply increases.
the health of an economy is measured by how often gold changes hands. in the real world a huge chunk of this transfer happens between employers paying employees which doesn’t even exist in mmos which kind of makes discussion of economics irrelevant.
Wait till main companies will sit on main cities one month and simple players will get behind. Then again prices go up, and you cannot afford it because dont have settlement.
This is bad example, you compare price of scarab which is 5 time lower. But FFS has 10 days, Legacy 1 year. On FFS 98% cant craft, on legacy ~90% can. And difference in price is 2,8k gold xd if you include every data, and prices on FFS are higher than on legacy…

If you’re thanking AGS for making FSS, why not also thank them for removing the gold dupes and banning cheaters on Legacy.
Cheating happens regardless of server, so when the next cheat or exploit is discovered, it will equally impact FSS, just like the Legacy servers.
If you’re just making a general “Thank you for FSS, AGS” thread, do that, not whatever this thread is. You sully your own attempted thank you message with the detritus you posted.
Almost all Legacy servers have thriving economies. Players like you, who left Legacy long ago and didn’t sit through the times you’re enjoying on FSS, are understandably behind the gold making/tradeskill leveling/trophy acquiring/M10+ running etc. etc. curves. Since you’re so behind, you incorrectly think that the Legacy economies are not thriving.
Starting this game “correctly”, in your mind, is how AGS has implemented FSS, correct? So if the gold dupes, cheating, exploit abuse and advanced but thriving economies happen to FSS, just like they’ve happened to Legacy, will you then come back to the forums to complain about it?
Lol dude duping did NOTHING to the economy. And guilds dont have millions yet because towns arent even upgraded or anything so they get a way lower cut. In about a month the entire economy will be like on legacy servers
