not rly all new players pretty much go to fresh world so there is no influx of new players to legacy so there have to be transfers from fresh to legacy

Dont worry, you will be back to your 13k players peak soon and then you dont have to worry about all those annoying fresh start server players.

Fresh Start sure saved the game, amirite guys? Using rss for fresh start servers when, Idk, it could’ve been used for cross server OPR/arena/dungeons. Devs took a gamble to cater to the FSS crowd and it didn’t pay off. Now we have to wait 9 months for a basic feature. Hope the game dies

I’m going to steal this answer that was used when Legacy was asking for transfers to FSS… here we go:
If you and your friends want to play on a Legacy server that badly then hop on on your old characters (I really hope you didn’t delete it) or create a new character on a legacy server and start from scratch like everyone else.

i understand why legacy cant transfer in, but you guys are just trapped there not allowed to transfer out? that seems dark… and like a cruel joke…

Never. They have said they wont let FSS transfer to legacy.
Doesnt mean they won’t change that direction later but their is no timeline for it cause it is not planned to happen.

This is false information. They specifically said they WOULD allow transfers of FSS to Legacy but NOT to other FSS.

All good, this is the only reason I have been posting in the forums. I think with this info put out before FSS rollout, it would be really nice to hear a timeline. I have multiple friends who started playing during RTA event. But now they are high level, and I want them to be able to come over to legacy so I can craft them some gear and run mutations with them.

I think you meant the other way around. They have stated they will not let Legacy characters transfer to FSS.
Still no update after the Q&A. Its really starting to wear on me.
No, AGS don’t want players to quit… nor the game for that matter.
FSS players made perfectly clear they wanted to have nothing to do with legacy, to the point that RTA riot when they knew about AGS decision to merge them with legacy.
I don’t want to be a dick, but if you want to play with your friends that badly then join them in FSS by creating a new character (something tells me you already have one there)

You don’t speak for everyone. There’s just as many people that want to move from FSS to legacy. Also, never once did I ask for a merge.
As the title states. I am inquiring on when they will let FSS transfer to Legacy. The key word here is “Transfer”. So the people that don’t want anything to do with Legacy can continue playing unbothered, while the people that want to transfer out can.
You also must failed to have realized that AGS from the very beginning stated “There will be no transfers of existing characters into Fresh Start Worlds. We plan to allow transfers from a Fresh Start World to a legacy world at a later time.”
So with that in mind, many people created new characters on FSS with the intention of moving to a Legacy at a later date…
All I’m asking is for an update on when AGS will allow for transfers as they promised.

I never claimed to be the spokesperson for this community, I also never said you were asking for merges… sooo… it looks like the one having “understanding” issues is not me xD
But anyways, asking for a date is futile, do you really believe that if they had a date they wouldn’t have made it known by now?
I stand by my argument… if you want to play with your friends that badly why wait? Play with them in FSS or have them create a character in legacy…
But don’t get me wrong, your time… your money… maybe you should star one of those [X Days of Doobitron asking for FSS->Legacy transfers]
