I followed your steps and verified the integrity of the game files, however no change.
As requested
I bought it from the action house, salvaged it and nothing.
I bought it a second time thinking I made a mistake and again the same.
If you can see the the web ticket I raised (which i never got a response for) it was roughly two months ago. Also these recopies cost me 1500 gold if memory serves me correctly.
So please can you get this fixed for me.

@Thelk this goes for you as well, the issue’s been fixed by now however, seems that you are still unable to find these recipes on your crafting menu, as these were learned before the fix.
I’ve escalated the issue and as soon as I get more info about this, I’ll be updating you.

Updating this as it has been a while with no resolution.
Hate spending money for something I owned. Also, upsetting that I have lost money as more recipes become available for others.

EDIT: Wanted to elaborate on this. For example the Powder Horn could have been sold on my server for $30,000 gold at the time I found it. Now it is only going for about $750 gold, since it is now more readily available.
This is what is infuriating. Even if I do receive my items back in the near future, my game play and pocketbook have severely been compromised.
Most other games would have had a resolution in a few days.
Why is something like this taking so long when it was a known issue and could have been resolved quickly?

I have contacted them and they are moving forward. Hopefully a quick resolution will follow.
No help from Live Chat. They state that there will be a fix sometime in the future that will fix this. The issue for those of us that server transferred is that, I don’t believe, this will fix it. They have already announced it was fixed. This issue is for those of us that lost items and then, was hit with a server merge, so we did not get them items lost back as others did.
Disappointed in how NW is handling simple issues that other games could fix in mins or at most a day.
Ready to join the others and leave this game. Not worth it.
I did tickets when a few of my items went missing and never heard back. I’d sure like the $5,000 gold back

This has cost me millions in gold. The Storage Chest schematic would have let me earn $3-$4k per chest I would craft with their mats. Super rare at the time, not as rare now but still would allow me to earn some coin.
Still no luck… keep checking and all I have heard was the developers will fix it in a future patch. Which is pure BS. Any other game a GM would have fixed it in quickly. Not months later. Already moving to other games. Not fun and no resolution.
Almost 3 months since this issue occurred. This shows again how little Amazon cares for it’s customer base. I tried to keep going on this game but between this and all the game issues it’s time to say goodbye.
If only Amazon Games had the customer service of Amazon.
