The website you shared no longer says which recipes aren’t working (or having issues), so I guess they also gave up on the fixing.
Since the site no longer has information, there is no way to know what is safe to salvage and what is not.
By the way this problem has more then 1 month now, and I lost at least a Dynasty Storage Chest.
They fixed it in 1.2. All schematics are able to be learned now. If you learned a schematic prior to 1.2, congratulations

It appears they fixed it for newly salvaged recipes, I checked it out in some of the ones I had in my shed and I learned them where before it gave that warning.
My suggestion would be to try 1 and record it just in case, that way you have evidence.

If this is true, congrats to AGS, you just lost another player and its guild (@DevonK you are all pathetic at AGS, can’t solve a thing as simple as this)
No, i’m saying it’s fixed, or at least appears to be fixed, for newly salvaged recipes. Before I tested it on the ones I had saved, I started a recording so that if they didn’t learn properly I’d have something to show.
You’ll have to put in a ticket or contact support for the pattern(s) you lost.

Sorry to put in the mix of my rage.
I passed beyond any patience with the “We don’t give a f…” of AGS concerning bugs that make players lose important things, such as being able to craft Dynasty Storage Chests!
Understandable, I’ve seen so many of these posts because I started actively looking for them when I came across that warning on the site I use to track mine, and if the person gets a response from staff it’s usually one of the ‘send me your logs’ types and none of them has actually acknowged that it was an issue asside from 1 CM who said it was supposed to be fixed in the patch (which part of it was, newly salvaged etc) but it didn’t even make it into the patch notes. And staff has said nothing since about fixing it for people who it screwed over with lost schematics.
thanks to your suggestion @deviousangel I didn’t lose another schematic post 1.1. Still frustrated that I lost so many prior to that but I keep my original post active by asking for indemnification for all who lost items. It’s ridiculous that there haven’t been any updates/fixes to the “compiled ticket” since. Just because they finally fixed something moving forward does not excuse all the lost items previously. Some people (not I, fortunately) paid A LOT of gold for schematics to only lose them seconds later. Or even worse some folks who got very rare drops lost them like the dynasty chest poster above.
AGS Devs here’s the solution: take your support ticket along with your “compiled list”, send people their schematics. Done. Solved.

Just checking in and reminding @DevonK that WE DIDN’T GET ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE SALVAGED FURNITURE RECIPES THAT WEREN’T LEARNED INTO WORKSHOP.
If the RECIPES for FURNITURE are working, just give us a new one to replace the ones we lost, in my case Dynasty Storage Chest!!!

Instructions for generating a DXdiag: (Open and run DxDiag.exe (Open and run DxDiag.exe))
Instructions for finding the in-game logs:
- Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
- Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
- Paste the contents of the file into your message. Send a pastebin of your logs to me via PM.
1- Submit error at \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\New World Alpha\CrashUploaderLog.txt
2- Send a pastebin of your logs to me via PM. It will be the most recent file under
/Users//AppData/local/AGS\LogBackups.“
This info will help understand what is going on.

You want my logs from more then a month ago? To do what?.. since everyone on this thread and many others, lost their furniture recipes while salvaging, because they didn’t get the recipe in Workshop… And IT WAS MORE THEN ONE MONTH AGO!!!
AGS didn’t solve the issue for people who lost the recipes, because you don’t give a f…about them!
You supposedly just solved the issue for new salvaged recipes.
You did not gave new recipes to salvage or recipes to use on workshop, to the people that lost them because of the bug.
(Sincerely guys, fellow players, this is starting to seem that I’m talking to a bot… this guy can’t be for real answering again that this is only my problem and not everyone in this post and many others, problem!)

We are trying to help.
We dont have access to your account.
We cant take a look at your particular case without logs.
We filed a report a month ago and its supposed to be fixed.
If it didnt work we would like to see whats going on.
Logs are the reflect of the code running on your side, we would like to look for a bug there, since is working for others, we are just trying to find differences.
Its fair that you dont want to send logs, Ill just file another report and let devs know some people still have the issue.
Please send your character name so I can report your account as part of this.
Anyone else having this issue paste your character name so we can make a list.
We dont think its your fault, we do care and we would like to ask to keep this respectful.
