Furniture: Some Furniture Cannot Be Placed On Walls

As title suggests, doesn’t matter where it’s placed on the wall, it counts as a “misplaced” item and deducts from the house score. Examples include “oar-nament” (can’t be placed ANYWHERE), galley shelves (they don’t adhere at ALL to the wall; I had to put a regular shelf behind just to cheese it), and curtains (again, used shelves behind them just to put them up). Why should I get penalized for placing items where they’re supposed to be? Please fix this!

I’m sorry your are experiencing this issue in game, I did some research and our Dev team is working on this issue, there is a case already opened for this issue and they ask for this information to add to it,

  • Settlement in which the house is located
  • Since when is the issue happening?

Since when is the issue happening: I only started re-decorating my house about 3 days ago. That’s when I noticed the issue. It persists today.
Any additional info: Sort of relevant, but I can’t place more than 3 pets in my Everfall House (it’s Tier 3) unless I remove some animated items. I can’t put animated items anymore (e.g. Floating (?) Broom) as decoration once I placed 5 pets. I’m not at my decor limit, yet. Quite confused as to why this is and disappointed I can’t fully enjoy decor I paid for from the in game store.

I have been redecorating for the past 3 days and noticing some bugs that really dampen the experience.

Thanks, @Lazer! Furnishing is quite fun, so I hope this issue gets resolved soon. I’ve been up all night redecorating the 1st floor out of 3. Would be really cool to have it working properly. Thanks for the prompt response!
