Could we have any update on what is happening with the furniture still being disabled? Is this being actively prioritized and looked into? It’s been long enough that I’m not even sure when it started.
Chests can’t be traded for storage, trophies can’t be traded for general buffs. This disables most of the utility of furnishing, and most of the reasons to actually have a house.
What is being done to address this?
Edit : I think a fair amount of people don’t necessarily care that much about the issue, as long as we get a fairly clear answer on what to expect. A vague “We are aware of the issue” doesn’t help anything though.
I have not even touched Furnishing with a 10ft pole because I don’t get to play enough to consider blowing the gold on taxes… but probably nothing is getting done too fast. Give them some time, there’s only 2 people at the game studio atm, the rest had to go deliver Prime packages for Christmas since they already cashed out on us all.
Well, that would be downright ridiculous considering the only point of housing and to pay taxes is for the storage/trophies. Sure you get the teleporting but that is a marginal benefit overall. And even if that was the case, at least coming out and clearly announcing that that is the intent would allow people to know and act accordingly.
well its just my feeling that they planned it but i dont know if it intented. they didnt say anything to this case. also skinning the elemental animals… its sad - very sad.
and atm i cannot put more trophy in my house bc i cannot craft these… so these 90% is compensation for these problems
Not to mention the fact that your decoration score is mostly based on the number of butterflies that migrated this season and has very little to do with actual decoration
Yeah but a decoration score is more or less pointless, whereas right now anyone who didn’t already have the trophies/levelled furnishing can’t even really use their crafting skills correctly.
Yeah wtf.

Dupes would also ruin all point of levelling furnishing, as all furniture would be worthless, so to be fair, it was necessary to disable trading while it was being solved. But it’s been a while now
