Game ate three of my weapons

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Valhalla - US East

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Two of my weapons disappeared from my persons inventory while I was out in the world. My great axe, a rapier, and a bow are gone. All three weapons were locked against salvage, so I couldn’t have salvaged them. Weapons disappeared between 9 - 10:30 am MST on Dec 24th.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your game play: I need my weapons to do damage

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.

• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: don’t have a screenshot of them in my inventory before.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: No idea. They are just gone.

Im having this same issue.

Night before last I had a musket (wasn’t a very good one, just one I was using to take down prezzies in the air) in my inventory that I would switch back and forth to for the xmas event. Yesterday I went to my inventory to swap to it for use and it was gone. Closed the game a few times after the fact and never showed back up. Makes me wonder just how much gear I’ve lost in this way.

This is super concerning, I have sent over a bug report to the developers to get this looked into.

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Asgard
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: a item form my inventory disappeared without trace, was a quest reward unique item called brightwood sharpshooter, i was keeping it in my inventory, marked for not salvaging it by mistake, i usualy was swapping from my main weapons for it for shooting flying presents of the winter convergence festival, i noticed after swapping my weapons back in place tha the item wasn in my inventory and was nowhere to be found

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: swapping the weapons from the invetory to the equipment a lot of times or simply keeping it in the inventory

if possible i would like to get the item back or have the chanche to do the related quest (brightwood - hearth of the darkness) again for having it back

They won’t restore the items. The game ate my Weaver’s Shoes too, and they said that they don’t have the ability to make good on them.

i would like to know if they have at least plannet to make the recovery item system, this is to make the hearth at peace because i was tryng to collect all the unique weapons and losing one for a bug is very disappointing
