Game Broken after patch

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue after the recent patch today. I cannot get past the New World splash screen. I’ve ran an integrity check on Steam and it produced no problems.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I have a quick question, is there any error codes that its giving you once it ‘crashes’? Or are you closing the game manually?

I have the same problem, my game opened at 1280x720, I went to the settings to change, the game stopped and I couldn’t log back in, it’s on the first screen that says new world…

PS: i let the game open for like 20m or someting and he enter

Same Issue stuck on this loading screen even reinstalled the game no changes…

If you open the task manager, New World (2) appears and inside it has an error box, but it doesn’t appear on the screen, it is hidden inside the manager.

I fixed it by ending the error box. after i closed it out the game started to load

I will inform the team of what is happening right now. If I get any news on the subject I will try to make an update on this post.

Graphics drivers haven’t been changed (at least on Nvidia’s side). I was able to logon last night before the patch with up do date drivers, but not today post patch.

There is no error code, we are having to manually end the process from task manager.

Had the problem where i was stuck in the New World splash screen, updated my NVIDIA drivers and am now able to load in.

Had the same issue.

Fixed after updating GPU drivers through the GeForce Experience app (manual installation).

Edit:

New issue: Got past the initial ‘New World’ screen, now stuck on the second screen where you need to click ‘Continue’ to get to Character selection.

Clicking the button doesn’t do anything. Stuck.

Edit 2:

Launched the game through GeForce Experience and just logged into the world successfully.

Having the same issues and nothing has worked to fix it please help would love to play the game sometime today
