Same server and issue, the game freeze randomly and then crash without error msg, can be when the character just load into the world or some minutes after entering the world.

Same issue as others – after launching the game, immediately crashes to BIOS and reboots. I’ve tried almost everything others have suggested short of flashing my BIOS.
How u disable anticheap? and how u switched off overlays of discord? thanks
I am having the same issues as everyone else here; sorry on my phone so can’t really get the logs and all but I know I have:
AMD Ryzen 5 3550H 2.10 GHz
16 GB RAM
64 bit windows 10
Keep having it crash during load screen
I’ve disabled voice chat in hopes that it changes anything. If I’m still crashing, I will stop playing this game until I hear that things are resolved. No reason to fry my GPU waiting in line.

I would like to recommend that AGS implement something to allow accounts to bypass the Queue when it is disconnected unexpectedly and is then trying to connect back within a short period of time. So far, I love this game but waiting for hours and hours to play, having to watch intently for the log in for fear of missing it just to get disconnected within a few hours of playing is unbelievably aggravating. It would however be painless if that crash didn’t mean another 2000 user queue. Sorry, you can play tomorrow. I received a fatal error after recalling to the Inn and within minutes I was back at the log in screen with a massive wait time. If they time out, ok, but if they DC give them a short window to get back in ftlog.

Yes it worked for a very short while, do not know if it was just random…
Still having severe issues, game often causes the system to reboot most of the time during load of the title screen. if i am very lucky happened only 2-3 times i am able to go to the game and play for some minutes. It seems that once it gets past the first minute or so then i can play. but something happens in the startup that messes up everytinig.
Hi @WarriorCE, I got a dmp error from the game. I update my OneDrive link with all the content. Please check it and send it to developers. I will keep update the content as crashes I get.

I am a bit tired of trying to log in, and if this is not fixed i will request a refund of the game.
There is no hope in my opinion . This problem comes from alfa and beta tests. They still dont have any clue as i see. We cant play this game in any near future sadly. Thats the worst launch i have ever seen . Played so many MMO and thats the 1st time i faced with this. Better to wait for Lost Ark EU , beleive me its away better . Atleast u can play it HAHA . I m tired of trying to fix this s-hit !!

Sorry for the delay on this matter, the Devs team is still working on the information provided for all of you and try to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Like everyone else, I have exhausted my options with trying to find a solution.
I have never made it into the queue. I made it 60% through character creation at best.
Crashes, freezes, stops. repeat…
Help all of us resolve this issue please.
