Hello i was playing last night & my game crashed. So it started up okay but after you hit the first continue the game got frozen on a black screen but i can still hear the music playing.i need help…i did everything & nothing.can someone please help me.

I hope you’re having a great day and I’m sorry that you experience this issue with your game.
Just to confirm, the issue is only with New World ? Also I would like to know if you already checked if your graphic card is with the latest update and if you already verify the Steam game files.

Yes it’s only with new world & yes everything is updated. my pc only 3 months old so it’s still kinda new.
O0o yes i did the local file & everything was okay.
Thank you for that information @grampa, in this case I would like to know if you also tried reinstalling the game, but if you already tried it and after this troubleshooting this issue persist I suggest you to contact our live support to investigate this further.
