I have been having this issue for quite a while on two systems now. I can play the game for an undetermined amount of time but it then just locks up on me. I don’t have game logs from the old system but I will post my latest game log.
I have gone and done all the tricks, updated the game, updated windows, updated drivers, deleted stored data, verified system files, verified game files, turned the power limits down on the GPU, plus many more to no avail. Please help! I am tired of having this issue.
Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
