Game crashes Tried all I can see online

Cant stay in a game longer than 10 mins, mostly crashes to desk top at about 2 mins.

I have tried the following.

*Ensured all drivers are up to date.
*Re-installed the game.
*Installed the game to a different hard drive, (main C drive and other drive).
*Increased virtual memory.
*Clean boot of windows 10.
*Verified steam files
*Reinstalled and repaired Easy Anti Cheat.
*Ensure New world is added to windows defender firewall.
*Checked for viruses.
*Changed the settings, capped FPS at 60 and changed form very high > High. Medium > low.
*Tried creating a new character on a different server.

Game still crashes after above.

I’ve spent 120 hours in new world and haven’t has any issues before.

PC is working fine ‘Event Viewer’ shows no hardware failure.

My Rig:
CPU: i9 11900k @3.50 GHz
Motherboard: ROG Strix B560-F
RAM: Corsair DDR4 32GB @ 4200 MHz
GPU: Nvidia EVGA XC3 3090.
Operating system windows 10.

Please help, I just reached level 60 and now cant play the game.

As we will need some personal information from your account. Be sure to have your game logs ready just in case they ask for them.

If asked kindly provide the latest 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups

Along with DxDiag report https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
