Game crashes when trying to enter any expedition

Almost every time I load into a dungeon my game crashes. The people in my team will see me go offline, while I am still stuck in the loading screen, before the game finally crashes for good. The same thing happens to at least 2 more people I know of.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: A Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:It’s very annoying since it takes at least 15 minutes, usually more till I can actually join my team in the dungeon
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Loading the dungeon for the second time works
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: It looks like any old loading screen except nothing moves
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Enter any expedition(It occurred in Amrine, Starstone, Depth and Dynasty). In all my attempts I was able to succesfully enter an expedition twice, once when I opened it with my orb.

Hi !

I get the same problem, everytime i try to start an expedition I get stuck in the loadscreen and after 5 minutes the game crash. When I restart the game and try to join the group I’m in the loadscreen for 30 secondes and can start the expedition normaly.

But for each first try of the game session to entry in expedition I constantly crash in the loadscreen, and in most of case when i reconnected I was kicked from the group because I was offline for 10 minutes…
I really don’t understand why the second time work and not the first time
