Game crashing for me and all friends on Brittia

Game constantly crash in the last 2 hours.
me and my friends with telecom italy (TIM) fiber 100+gb. We think the crash is linked with our connection. we can’t play now and we have fear for the in coming wars tonight. please fix

I am sorry about the game crashing,Can you please try these troubleshooting steps and let me know if it works:

Please check the following New World Compatible GPU Driver Update and also Game Crash: ‘Fatal Error NewWorld.exe’
If your game suddenly crashes and displays the message ‘Fatal Error NewWorld.exe’, please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Confirm your PC meets the Minimum System Requirements .
    2.Please note that Windows Insider builds are not supported.
  2. Run a Steam Integrity Check .
  3. Make sure your Windows install (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027667/windows-10-update 171 ) is fully up to date and no update is pending.
  4. Reboot System.
  5. Uninstall and Reinstall New World.
  6. Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat.

Should these steps not work, please try to repair the Microsoft Visual C++ distributable 2017.
This can be found within Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64, select this then choose ‘Modify’ and then select Repair in the pop-up that appears.

there are multiple topics that have started after update, none of the autoresponse solutions or the last one fixed it.
I sure know that custom service is an hard job, but please read the other topics and do not repeat the same thing if not working.

Multiple friends of my company on Brittia server tried to do this, reinstall, verify etc but it ddn’t work, they are using now protovpn free and it works, i don’t want to use vpn, they all have tim fiber so maybe it’s their problem, but i still can’t play which make me sad.

Since you all have tried all the troubleshooting methods and the game is still crashing so I request you all to kindly reach out to our customer support at New World - Support | Amazon Games so that they can analyze the problem and hopefully resolve it for you if not they probably will create a ticket for our devs to check.

I will suggest you all to have your game logs ready in case they ask for them:

If asked kindly provide the latest 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups

DxDiag report https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85:

  1. Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  2. Click on dxdiag.exe.
  3. When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
