GAME CRASHING when I select the server and press play

I havent play the game for 6 months and now when i try to play it and loggin to the server my game its crashing and kicking me off all the time i have no idea what to do to fix this issue i try everything ive update my windows my graphic card drivers everything . Its still crashing everytime i am selecting play

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

Game keeps crashing to desktop for me too after the 1.8.1 update. I reinstalled the game and I also deleted everything from Local and Roaming appdata folders but the issue persists. I have the latest drivers for my GPU (RX570).

i didn’t have any problems before the 1.8.1 update.

Same here the game crashing after loading screen I don t understand why Ive done everything they said still crashing

I managed to resolve my issue by changing from Full Screen to Windowed Mode and then back to Full Screen in the video settings. I hope it helps.
