Game does not load. Not splash screen, no loading screen. Nothing

Hello,

I am having issues with New world. I bought it and have not been able to load it up and play.

I have followed all steps on line. Updated Video drivers, unchecked IPV6, verified integrity files on steam, set performance to high on power settings, etc. I also tried launching the newworld.exe as an admin. Nothing is working.

When i launch the game from steam, I see the newworld.exe running in the task manager, but it does not seem like its consuming appropriate resources for the type game this is, and it doesn’t match my other computer that does load the game.

Here are my specs:

Intel(R) Core™ i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs),
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M (DX 12)
16 GB RAM

I am stumped. Anyone been having this issue, or have a solve?

I understand is frustrating not being able to launch the game properly If you have already follow some of all the troubleshooting steps related here: Lost Ark - Support | Amazon Games The EAC fixes are important to check.
If this information can not solve the problem it will be necessary to create a web ticket for further investigation.
