Game does not play over 7 fps

• What is your character name in New World: Aphid Black

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Yggdrasil

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: So I am having an issue where every time I launch New World my frame rate drops to 7 fps. I am not having this issue with ANY other game. I tested my RAM, My GPU, I ran a full Diagnostics, I verified the Game files on Steam, I did a reinstall of New World, I also reinstalled my Graphics Drivers, I made sure Windows was fully updated, I tested to make sure my GPU and Computer were communicating together. I also uncapped my FPS and set all of my in-game visual settings to low.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cannot play with such a low frame rate.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: NO

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Every time I log on the issue is reproduced.
