something in the game has been broken the game freezes and either have to restart system or through task manager when it allows it. i have seen many people with different systems and configurations have the issue. this issue also wasnt a thing before brimstone so something is going on that is directly due to the update. this is the devs fault it should be looked into and devs need to stop shrugging it off to a list that obviously does nothing for finding the solution since i have also seen 4 other posts about them doing said steps and still had the issue. devs are being neglective to this matter and its quite alot of bs.
This happens to me as well I’ve looked at many other forums and seen all the same replay from the amazon game studio, I also have tried there solution for this problem and they don’t work. They just copy and paste the same reply that does nothing to help the community at this point with all the queue times having to wait hours to play for 10-15 minutes there is no point in even playing the game. as well there you don’t seem to care about the player base and do nothing about whats is currently going on in the game and push fresh start server. They push no “content” as well as cosmetic items as there focus even though they have stated they will focus on a better experience for players new and returning yet they have done none of that and sold empty promises to the player base. If amazon reads this I suggest you work on fixing the pre existing bug and glitches in the game and making it play able for your player base instead of just releasing new content and expecting that to be some sort of magical solution.

Yeah my game just took a massive **** while out in brimstone elite area. Game went to 0 frames randomly and hard froze and my computer went unresponsive. I’ve never ever had this happen with any game or even new world till now.

I hade that problem on my older computer, I buyed resently a new Legion Pro comp, all works well on it.
On my old comp I got some tips on how to fix it and tip was to restart your windows on your computer and after I did that it worked better.

@eliaspassport I understand that works for some people but there is a large majority where this is tip of restarting you windows does not work. as well Idk when you bought your new laptop but were also talking about this happening to a large majority of people after the brimstone release. but having to restart you computer or buy a whole new gpu or laptop is unacceptable as fix. Some people don’t have the money to but a new pc or pc parts as well having to restart your pc every time the game freezes is just in acceptable in my opinion (on top of that it doesn’t fix it at all, Just makes it so you can re queue for hours just to play another 10 mins for it to freeze again). needing to do that just to play a game when the devs should of tested for these thing pre release of a major update as brimstone I understand there was the ptr but they still should of test on different systems on how the current build runs I also know that brimstone has been only out for a few days now as well but there are still thing they can do before this current build and during the release of the build to improve the current experience of the game and making it playable for a good chuck of there player base.

Ofcourse I understand, I feel the same when I hade my older computer, then again my time to buy an new one was nessasery cus mine was 9years old, so I did need an new computer anyway.
This issue you have could be something more players experience, but I quess I am lucky I dont have that issue…yet. 
Same issue here on a high end rig, never had a freezing issue before brimstone in 1000 hours played.
