After the latest patch AGS rolled out for the rabbit event. My game lags uncontrollably. I take 1 step and the game freezes. I’ve already verified it’s not my internet. My spouse has no issues and games next to me on the same internet. I use the burnout ability with the firestaff and it can’t even complete it. I had zero issues with the game before. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. Pulled my ram and re-seated. Nothing. Did a sweep for viruses on my PC. Nothing. When can you guys roll out a patch to fix the lagging? Anyone else having these same issues? Thanks
Are there any differences in Hardware in Terms of manufacturer? Like AMD/Intel/nVidia?
I’ve Heard there are some issues with the latest nVidia GPU Driver, reverting back to an older one solved those issues.
Latest win11 Patch broke a bunch of Games, but there should be a hotfix coming by MS.
New World is very CPU bound, maybe check Temps and clockspeed under load to make sure your CPU doesnt throttle and lowers clockspeed.
I just realized after last windows update that i did that the game ran awful. Possibly a windows issue but i went ahead and updated NVIDIA drivers as well. I checked CPU temps. Everything seems normal on that end but will check again. It’s the only game giving me issues
