The biggest issue in this game is the binding with your current progression and the availability for you to only play with players who share your own progression.
I myself have been in a guild that had players from level 20 all the way to level 60. For a window of 3 weeks I have only done 2 Siren Arena runs with few people from the guild and that’s it.
What I mean by that is even at 600+ and above expertise once you get to m5+ you want to stick with running m5+ or just 1 run per day on normal gen/laz that’s it.
I do not see any incentive for a level 50 player to play together with a level 35 players for example. Also I do not see a reason for a level 50 player to player together with a level 60 player even if you are friends and guildies… The content that one needs to do and the content the other needs to do is so vastly different that there is no way they can play with each other.
I can feel that this is the case in every company that has members with different stage of progression. Even at end game i barely see grouped activities outside of Forts. Whenever I go there is random lonely people wandering around farming or else.
The only exception is probably the Elite chest runs. But that’s global event since there is dozens of people piling up together for a faster run etc. But then again I still think it’s pointless to do elite runs below level 60 since the loot you are gonna get will be bound to your character level - e.g. even if opening elite chest in a lvl 66+ elite zone if your character is level 55 for example you are gonna get the same trash drops as opening a level 50 elite chest in a level 50 elite zone… So yeah I mean, all players below level 60 has ONLY 1 goal and way to play the game → Grind EXP as fast as possible to 60 because the only worthwhile content doing below 60 is gathering materials with tools that are 2x times slower in gathering speed compared to anyone else ![]()
