Hello
My game keeps freezing and then proceeds to shut down. It happens randomly and i can play anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours before it happens. I had no issues when the game launched but it started to happen when i came back to the game 3 weeks ago.

Since we already have tried the possible troubleshooting and it did not help, so I request you to please contact us via our live support channel so we can investigate your issue:
Be sure to have your game logs ready just in case they ask for them.
If asked kindly provide the latest 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups

I have talked with your live support but with no luck. They just wanted me to do the exact same things as you just linked to me…
I’ve been looking for days for a potential solution to random freezes and game shutdowns.
For me, even though I can run any game without any problem, New World is the only one having this issue.
The thing that seems to be working so far is either increasing the RAM voltage or disabling XMP/DOCP… For some reason, NW makes the default XMP/DOCP settings unstable. Running without DOCP wasn’t an option for me, so I increase the default voltage from 1.35 to 1.38. Stable so far.
