Game moderators does not work! They only send bans/cheat flags for nothing and ignore users!

Hello! I want to raise an issue that has already f***ed everyone up.

The problem is: YOUR INCOMPETENT GAME MODERATORS DOES NOT DO THEIR JOB AT ALL!! THEY ONLY GAIN THEIR MONEY AND CARE ABOUT MASS REPORTS FROM CASUALS AND SEND BANS/CHEATING NOTIFICATIONS FOR NOTHING TO EXPERIENCED PLAYERS WHO CAN PLAY BETTER THAN OTHERS. AND WHEN PLAYERS TRY TO CONTACT WITH THEM THEY JUST IGNORE US.


My concrete example of incompetence and absolutely ignore from game moderators:

1) Aug 1 up on login into the game I got cheating notification (it was not ban, so I still was able to play but my account was flagged for cheating).
I never ever used bots/cheats/exploits or something like that. Evidently if I would use it I would be banned. More over I play 500con SnS+WH tank (check my account)… just… what cheats I can use?


I also created topic at this forum. But community manager only said to me that it is useless.

2) Right in that day (Aug 1) I created proper ticket to appeal this flag of my account. And to get official answer about what happened.

3) 5 DAYS OF IGNORE GONE and I decided to use live chat of game support to understand status of my problem. The boy from support said that he can’t help and absolutely don’t know status of my appeal ticket (actually he said “Sorry for blabla… Game moderators will look for your bla bla…”).

  1. DAY 10!

Here is one more example of fruits of labor of your game moderators!!

Give them a time limit and then contact your local consumer protection agency.

So I got flagged for cheating by person. If I am a cheater/bot user/etc I should be baned. If I am not a cheater (what I am 100% sure) then what for my account was flagged? Are they using drugs?

Are you sure that people who…:

  1. Don’t take any responsibility infront of players
  2. Even can legally ignore tickets of customers (which actually should be their job that they take money for)
  3. Aren’t under any control (as player I have no service where I can write a complaint on them, community managers or game support will say to me “it is not our business”)

REALLY NEED TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY?

Don’t be so naive. He is usual worker in office who want to go home from his job and don’t give a f**k about who you are and what you did in some fictional computer world.

So you, PERSONALLY YOU also can one day become in the situation:

  1. When you will be reported by group of players just because they wanted to hurt you.
  2. When game moderator flagged you for cheating just because he don’t want to spend time really checking your account (because nobody gonna do anything to him)
  3. All game support and community managers say to you to send ticket to that dude from game moderators to solve this problem.

So actually from the point of view of usual player it looks like this:

Most likely people somehow for any reason decided to mass report your account for cheating.
Happened to my guild mate. Same scenario, same circumstances.

He got harassed in the global chat in a OPR for playing a “normal tank” build and people claimed he was “immortal” by some sort of cheats. That guy made his entire guild to mass report him. Around a couple of days later, he got 7 days ban for cheating (literally ever played was a 500 CONS BB/VG build).
We wrote to support and they confirmed that “the cheat ban happened because it was using cheats in OPR matches but they couldn’t explain further or give further information”…

From my experience, they either write nothing back and all you get is a generic email or they say, “I’ll create a ticket and have a moderator investigate your account” and they will unban you the next day. I’d be surprised if they if they actually wrote that “cheats in OPR” thing, but maybe they did.

Anyway, to the OP, I sent them my entire gameplay footage and the moderators didn’t click on it. I also sent them my logs and they didn’t click on it. They are not doing basic functions of their job.

AGS needs to audit their moderation department, especially if it’s outsourced.

So many complaints from your customers about your stupid ban-for-nothing system.

Yes, person makes decision. But if decision is evidently not fair why you don’t punish this person for such potboiler?

If it would be just a few cases of mistakes but it becomes massive!!

What will be your next actions AGS??

They will likely lock the thread and say they cannot help.

However, since the moderators on this forum are reasonable people, hopefully they are realizing no one is helping these player. The moderation department doesn’t reply to appeals or click on provided links, the support department says, “we cannot help. Talk to the moderation department.” And the cycle repeats.

When you lock the thread, please at least acknowledge this *might be an issue and you will pass it a long.

Please help us, you’re our only hope :grinning:
