Hello when i first purchased the pre-order during the 2 week preview I established my name on server as “Windamere” However after some misunderstanding of amazon’s testing practices i refunded the order. If they don’t want me to test then can wait for the money yada yada…well i repurchased through steam during the open beta since release was soon after…OK problem is that after the repurchase i have unable to use my name “Windamere” on any server either during open beta or during the release even…My account at amazon is linked to Steam. not trying to get anything from preview or open beta as i know thats not possible…and have used different names on other servers during the release(Wyndamere & Wyndamore). Just would like to have MY name

That may be and that would be fine if the case. but to happen both on open beta and release seems like another issue. Besides that…been using this name since the early 90’s “BECAUSE” no one takes it 
AND I was one of the few that actually made it in release before QUEUE’S hit
